Voice-To-Text

You can use Voice-To-Text in BPOS to easily add comments to your auto shops’ workorders. If you are using a device capable of supporting voice-to-text, then you can use your microphone instead of typing everything. Any field in your HITS® BPOS Software where you would normally type, you can use your voice-to-text to speak instead. For example, your Technicians can use a tablet (full version of Windows 10) as they inspect a vehicle and simply speak their observations rather than stopping to type everything up. All you have to do is make sure your cursor is in whatever field you wish to put your data. Then speak!

Note: 1.)Press the Windows + H keys to access "Windows Dictation" 2.) Press Alt + C to open the comment box in BPOS.
