Help Scout Fuzzy Search

We have a great new “Help” Feature in HITS® which lets you search using keywords! It is called Help Scout Fuzzy Search and is available right under your Help menu in HITS®. Just click on the menu option and start your search! Type in whatever you are searching for and then review the matching results for your best match. Each link will contain either a Document or Video with step-by-step instructions to address whatever subject you are searching for:
