Contacts Lookup – Alert Flags

Your HITS® BPOS Software allows you to see if a customer is configured for a closing email to be sent with an attached copy of their invoice at the close of their ticket.

You can configure your HITS® BPOS System to display the “Contacts” box at the close of your work orders. This allows you to confirm if your customer needs a printed invoice or if they will receive their copy via email. If a customer is not set for an email copy, you can ask the customer their preference and quickly get them configured. No more wasting paper and printer ink.
