Andreoli & Associates Launches New Website to Reflect Changes in BPOS Software
Cornelius, NC (March 8, 2011)– Andreoli & Associates, Inc. announced today the re-launch of their website, www.aasys.com. The Internet site for tire dealers has been updated to reflect some exciting changes within their BPOS software offering.
Coming out of their 25th year in the automotive aftermarket, the company has recently re-engineered their website and company branding to better match the new technologies that are now available within their BPOS software. New features that have recently been added and highlighted on the newly rebranded website include:
- Parts & Labor Integration with Activant ISE. This allows tire dealers to shop for outside-purchased automotive parts directly from their POS program; streamlining the process with a direct link from within POS gives real time access to vendors. This provides easy price comparison and displays parts availability from parts vendors. Dealers can order parts from within BPOS and transfer information from the transaction directly to their accounts payable system. This minimizes error and eliminates a duplication of efforts, allowing tire dealers to be increase profitability.
- New email marketing capabilities. Tire dealers using BPOS can now send email vehicle service reminders to their customers right from within the point-of-sale software. There is no longer a need to pay extra to process these through a third-party. Concurrently, outstanding service reminders are automatically displayed when a new repair order is started for the vehicle. This provides the opportunity for the dealer to increase sales and further improve customer service by offering needed services and repairs on the same visit.
- New email customer service functionality. BPOS also now offers integrated emailing and text messaging directly from the invoice module. Tire dealers using BPOS can send email or text messages directly to customers from the repair order to communicate important information about their car and service. The content of the email or text captured on the repair order so that everyone involved in assisting the customer is aware of pending actions and communications. Several pre-configured messages are included as well as the ability for the dealer to modify and add his own customized messages for faster, more professional communications on frequent sent messages.
