Yokohama recently launched an all-new ADVANTAGE on-line site to keep its associate dealers informed of their program standings on a daily basis. To support this site, Yokohama instituted new reporting requirements for its distributors.

The company indicated that while existing reports in their HITS® BPOS software provides the raw data, the module actually formats the data to the exact electronic reporting requirements of Yokohama. Andreoli added, “By formatting the extraction to Yokohama’s specifications, the distributor simply runs the routine and uploads the spreadsheet results directly to Yokohama. No further editing or collating of data is necessary.”
