With your HITS® BPOS software, a user can quickly select multiple Services or Packages at one time and add them to an open ticket. When you are accessing the “Quick Item Lookup” via your work order, just hold down the Ctrl key and then click on each item (Service or Package) and click the OK button. From there, you just confirm the quantity of each item and add it to your ticket by clicking Save for each of the items you selected prior! This will increase productivity and assist you with building your auto ticket quicker!
